Why provide massage for your employees?

Providing massages to employees can offer numerous benefits to a company, promoting employee well-being, productivity, and overall work environment.

Here are ten reasons why it helps a company to offer massages to its employees:

Stress Reduction

Workplace massages can help reduce stress levels among employees, leading to improved focus, concentration, and decision-making abilities.

Increased Morale

Offering massages demonstrates that the company values employee well-being, leading to higher morale and increased job satisfaction.

Enhanced Productivity

Relaxed and less stressed employees are more productive, leading to improved efficiency and output.

Lower Absenteeism

Regular massages can help prevent work-related injuries and alleviate musculoskeletal issues, reducing the number of sick days and absenteeism.

Improved Employee Retention

A company that prioritizes employee health and wellness is more likely to retain talented employees and attract new ones.

Boosted Creativity

Reduced stress and increased relaxation can enhance employees’ creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Team Building

On-site massages can foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among employees, leading to better collaboration and communication.

Positive Company Image

Offering massage services showcases the company as a forward-thinking, employee-centric organization, enhancing its reputation.

Health Benefits

Regular massages can lead to improved physical health, including better blood circulation, reduced muscle tension, and pain relief.

Employee Loyalty

Employees who feel cared for and supported by their employer are more likely to be loyal and committed to the company’s success.

Incorporating massages into the workplace wellness program can create a positive and inclusive work environment, leading to a happier and more engaged workforce.

What to expect:

1. Schedule a discovery call and we will discuss your companies specific need and create a plan for your company. This will include how many employees you want to receive treatments and how long of sessions you want. The average is 10 minutes per massage, but we can do anywhere from 5-20 minutes.

2. I will put together a quote and contract and send it over.

3. Once I have the contract back I will email a spread sheet that will be easy to email out and have employees sign up for their appointment slots.

4. The day of your appointment I will arrive 30 minutes in advance to make sure everything is set up for the first employee. I will need a medium size room with a couple chairs for people to sit in while waiting for their session. I will provide all supplies needed, you just supply the clients!
